So i've been a loyal customer to crunchyroll for a few months now. It's really sad that i used to be a premium member and for whatever reason crunchyroll canceled my premium subscription. I had emailed crunchyroll support on multiple occasions. I would get a promise of somebody emailing me or escalation of the matter at hand. It's one of the most frustrating things when you were a premium member and you try to create a support ticket but because you're a NORMAL member due to a problem with your account you get some of the worse customer support on the planet. This is worse than a pay to play game. It's been a week that i've been promised a resolution to my problem and it seems to be going nowhere. If this continues i'll just be forced to go watch on free sites or go to a different one. Nobody cares for a single customer though, just bummed that loyal customers get treated this way.

You should be able to resubscribe via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

Have you tried removing the saved payment method first and then re-entering it during the checkout process?

I totally agree with the topic starter.

I’m a premium member since 2012 and this is how I’m being rewarded. See also: http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-962723/can-i-please-have-the-service-ive-paid-you-for.

Recently I renewed my premium membership, but I still don’t have access to any premium benefits although I’ve paid them 39,99 EUR upfront.

I contacted CR support on the 5th of August. I got lots of questions and I gave them all the answers.

On the 8th I got an e-mail stating my ticket was being escalated and that someone should contact me shortly. Well I’m still waiting for an answer and a solution to my problem. I’ve sent two reminders, but it seems my mails are completely being ignored – probably because I’m a NORMAL member now.

Shame on you Crunchyroll for treating your customers like this!

I've having the same issues here. they were able to fix it for a day before it went back to being all messed up again when i went to log back in the next day

You should be able to subscribe again now via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

This link doesn't work for me currently, it still says "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are already a premium member". I can't remove my current payment method (which is a cancelled debit card) because it says it's currently being used to pay for my premium membership. I can't figure out how to CHANGE my current payment method because there is NO OPTION for that on the payment method page, even though I got an email telling me to do so.

You contacted our customer service and they addresses it temporarily. The gift will likely expire within the next couple of hours, just ping me here again once it does.

My gift expired, attempted to buy membership again, got "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member." again.

There's a new episode of Jojo tomorrow and I REALLY didn't want to miss it.
