is that the series that "tries" to teach you how to exercise properly, but ends up being your average ecchi show?

Well, the one upside to anime shorts is being able to pump out seasons like nothing. Obviously not expecting any real improvement over an average S1, but I am worried about what the show can do with only 1 added cast member. Part of the charm of the show was the surprise factor of the different personalities, so without that I really doubt good things will come in S2. The way I always view shorts is that you only spend less than a couple hours per season, or under 1 hour for Anitore's S1. Take that into account and compare to the hours of wasted time/fillers in longer shows. I feel like Teekyu did it right, staying the same but still somehow keeping things interesting.

The first season was ok although some of the exercises looked problematic (such as exercising in socks on a hardwood floor). Aren't radio exercise classes big over there? I know that there are LOTS of exercise classes on TV here in the U.S.
