Generally, I may have a very slight preference for subs, but it just kind of depends on the anime. Usually, either's fine and I may prefer the dub for some shows.

Subs, I just can't take dubs seriously. This is may be really low of me to say but I also have trouble mixing and matching the aesthetic of anime with any language that is not Japanese. It's so strange and extraterrestrial for me to hear an anime character speak in english, it's just weird lol. It's almost like running into somebody that's from Congo and they start speaking to me in Russian, it works, but It just doesn't match. *Braces self for all the people that will oh-so righteously call me out for being racist.*

it's nice to hear the original voice. You can feel the right mood of the show. So yeah GO SUBS. but it's a little annoying to glance at the bottom though .

I like dub better if the voices don't sound stupid which unfortunately most do so sub ends up being the way to go

It's really dependent on the show. Stuff like Infinite Stratos I fell benefits from dubs as the accents of foreign characters can be portrayed a bit more clearly, if stereotypical. Plus, dubbed means you don't have to have 100% attention all the time.
On the other hand, subs are really nice and a lot more accurate to the stuff.
SO overall, i'm not that fussed

In my opinion most dubs are absolute garbage. The voices almost never match the character and ruins the whole experience. Akame Ga Kill for example sucked as a dub. Akame sounds like a 40 year old instead of a young adult. Log Horizon was terrible in dub because of Nyanta DID NOT match his cool and collective character.

The only exceptions I have are Toradora! (because I started it dubbed), DBZ, Erased English dub was pretty good and Charlotte dub was pretty good.

I'd have to say that about 99.9% of the time, I'd prefer subtitled. Generally I find a lot of Dubs to be very bland and poor acting. Although, I watch a few of my favorites in either version (Trinity Blood, Ghost Hunt). The only original Japanese that I don't like is Fruits Basket.
Most of the reason I CANNOT stand Dubs are when young or light voiced characters are Dubbed in that really annoying squeaky voice (Sakura in Tsubasa, Shiro in Deadman Wonderland).

It depends, if I start watching a show in subs I have to keep watching it in subs because the dubbed just won't sound right to me, same if I begin a show in dub.

Usually I prefer subs, but for certain anime I like the dub a lot more. For instance, Baccano. If you haven't watched that dubbed, you're missing out let me tell ya.
