Movie. It's easier to fit a story into episodes but movies have to be precise and execute an idea or storyline well in only an hour or two (for most cases.)
Plus it's easier to watch in one go

Movies....nowadays, account fewer ad interruptions although 1 row behind candy wrapper musicians, coughers, same row trip to the bathroom squirmers can sure ruin a nice movie viewing experience compared to ad-ridden well-written TV-series.

Sure, thanks for asking

I'd say movies since I rarely watch TV anymore

Movie. Tv series go on for years and usually get worse after 3 seasons or even get cancelled early without a real ending.
Plus once you dedicate a few years of your life to watching something you enjoy you just kind of keep watching as it slowly get worse because you've put so much time into until it gives a unsatisfactory horrible ending (HIMYM) just as a example

I'd say movies because seeing same episodes re-airing has become one of the world's problems today.

Definitely television series. I've never been too into the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, but I love all the Netflix shows. Even if it's shorter shows like Sherlock, the extra time really helps tell stories.

movie
I find a lot of techniques used in tv storyteling are more chiche because every show has to fill in much more content than in the movie.
I least favorite one is when climax is shown at the start to hook the viewer in and then spend the first half explaining how it came to be, The problem with that is the best part has already been shown as a spoiler and breaks the immersion by telling the audience " don't change the channel there's a good bit." movies don't have time to assume the viewer will lose interest in favor of another movie.

Both, but I picked TV Series because it should last longer.

Great films might be more accessible and straightforward but great TV series like The Wire, Breaking Bad or Cowboy Bebop are in my opinion, more rewarding.
