I have been a Premium member for around 7 years now and ever since my account was compromised a month ago I've had nothing but issues. CR "resetting" my account seems to now work at all and I can't even resubscribe due it it telling me I'm a trial/premium member already.

I've already tried that multiple times. Cleared out any saved billing info and started from scratch. Nothing works and I'm still stuck with a "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member." at the final confirmation with a pre setup payment plan or it gives me an error when I enter my information manually from the check out.

Then all you can do further is to /contact them and make sure that you choose the correct dropdown for Premium Membership in the "Choose an Option" box.

This is the very first time I'm posting in the forums. Member for 7 years as well.

My account was not compromised, I just switched credit cards last month, and the billing service seems to think it is not valid when it tried to do the auto renewal. So I'm stuck without premium membership as well. When I try to open the billing info page I get back and Error on the website. I also tried signing up again, and it basically said the same as what you have experienced MangoSmash. They won't even take a new card for some reason.

I've also sent about 3 emails to crunchyroll support in the last hour, and it seems very automated in response with generic replies. Oh well, no renewal if they don't fix their system which is broken or can't seem to figure out how to bill people. I guess the last thing I haven't tried is get on the phone, but I don't feel like traveling back to 1980 call support.

Very disappointed.

You should probably be able to resubscribe again tomorrow via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

Fixed yours again temporarily and sent it to the payments team again, as the previous reset sadly didn't resolve the issue.

Thanks for the respone I will try again tomorrow. BTW that is the link I tried and clicked on 12 months when I couldn't get the billing page to load due to error, which is still happening.

When I tried to subscribe earlier and put in a new card, that is when the system said there is an error again.

I was thinking of creating a new account, It would be odd if creating a whole new account solves the issue if I'm not able to re-up tomorrow, but then it would be a massive pain to update all my devices streaming crunchyroll app. Yeah, I know it would take two minutes each, but still an inconvenience.

Sorry for all the ranting. I will stop

I've had this problem a couple times as well.

I go into my membership settings and it says I'm premium "Membership Type: Premium Member", but when I try to go and do something it says I'm not. It's the oddest thing.

Remembering my prior experience with this I tried logging out of absolutely everything and logging back in, unfortunately to no avail.

Can I get help with that, too?
