does the stupidity of that scandal suffice whether you are proud to be filipino or not?

Did you know why those scandals engulfing the government is enldless?
The Senate is the one investigating it... They don't turn it over to the proper court? Senate is a place of political grandstanding and the gathering of the most hypocrite politicians in the world..

The camera and the media is watching the politician,, para naman madagdagan pa lalo yung pogi points nila..

Of course I am regardless of the scandal. Even out here in Canada most of the people aware (non-Filipinos) of Philippines' political issues do know that we have a corrupt system. Nevertheless since Filipinos are pretty much a minority in the university I attend, I like to be more proud of my heritage. Besides politics have little to do with our pride as a people.

i am still proud of being a filipino...i'd never want to be any other citizen than a filipino....the ZTE scandal..meaning the government officials being corrupt doesn't really make us who we are,....so if that's how the world see us...as a corrupt people...so what?...as long as we continue to struggle for what is right....germans are even proud to be germans even if they are known nazis before...americans are proud to be americans even if they're so greedy and very manipulating....each country has its own worst nightmares....the good thing is..these are just nightmares...meaning we can still wake up from this....and wake up to a beautiful new day....

FOLLOW UP QUESTION:

katiwalian or kurakot?

tayong mga pinoy ay hindi katangi-tangi ang pagiging kurakot. if we can recall in our history, our ancestors did

noon.
