Oh Jimmy won't listen to me, I just don't know what to do doctor..... here Jimmy take this tablet, they said it will expand your creativity aND focus. Now kyle wants one to, because he doesn't think it's fair, and Jimmy won't share.

Why don't you kids go outside and play? I do soo much as a parent. Doctor why won't my kids interact with others? I honestly just don't know what to do. I don't have the time to take my kids out anywhere, but they stay inside all day, that's not very healthy.

Here jimmy, here kyle, we got you the new IPhone X, they say it will help you become more active, with all of this new technology and active and fun games to play, you can really Start to become responsible.

No jimmy, you can't get another car, remember when you crashed your car while using your phone? You're setting a bad example for kyle Jimmy, now here's money for your cellphone bill, don't forget to pay it, remember what happened when you didn't do it the last time..

I can write a Fucking wall, and that still won't be enough.

yup fucking hilarious

"Present" as represented in this video is how it was like 15 years ago when I was in school.

Bad parenting. That's all there is to it.

Side note, I heard that the current gradeschool generation is expected to have a short life span due to the amount of inactivity they have. Obesity is predominant among children and teens now than ever before. This means the human life expectancy is supposed to drop. Thanks, lazy parents and technology!

I'm not one to use this argument, but technology doesn't make people fat, fat people make fat people fat.

I wasn't blaming technology, but it has encouraged parents to use it to keep children quiet and indoors. My main beef is with parenting, not technology. I love my video games, forums, white knights and trolls.

lol that was good. while not all are like that, it is a growing trend with the world, not just the generation. like how the present day mother suggest ordering a pizza instead of eating the food they had. i think the world is getting selfish. true, people are getting busier, but you can always find time to do things you want, there's always options. [and i'm not saying people who say otherwise have excuses, there are situations where someone has to work ridiculous hours to make ends meet, so they can't play video games all day like they want, but in most cases, people choose to be self absorbed and ignore other options] respect has been thrown out the window, but again, i know many adults from other generations who don't have respect. i worked a customer service job for 3 years where 90% of the people [regardless of age] would give me hell for no reason or very stupid ones [because they were mad and i was alone] what do you mean you don't serve spaghetti in a coffee shop? what do you mean you're sold out of turkey? what do you mean i have to put the milk in my own drink? how dare you charge me 1$ for a bottle of water! how dare you not fix the elevator! why didn't you check the back alley for my check i dropped! and yes, i got all those things followed by personal attacks and death threats for 3 years from anyone from age 13 to 70. people are selfish assholes if they choose to be. [this generation just gets the added bonus of self absorbed parents. i saw so many parents texting away while their kids ran wild, or tried to get their attention and the parents ignored them.]

Individual choice is not a solution; if it is then ex-president Bush can stop the 9/11 attack and the 2010-2014 Mayor of Toronto, Canada, will not be an alcoholic spoiled undisciplined hot-tempered multi-discriminative rich man. Homura would also be able to save Madoka and Maou Sadao will stay evil under your idea of individual determinism.
I should further explain some aspects of this issues:
-The stress and bullying in workplaces and schools is a function of Capitalism to make consumers vulnerable to advertisement, addiction, and materialism.
-By preoccupying the parents with job insecurity, children can by socialized with materialistic values from the media and schools under Capitalist control. The values of competition, dominance, and individual attainment by suffering from the Western media encourage more bullying. The unreasonable cultural demands from the media further isolate the children.
-The Capitalists use the culture of materialism and individualism to promote economic investment by wasteful spending. Individualistic living increase living cost by discouraging sharing of resource. The Capitalists also create false need of high meat consumption to encourage investment in cattle farming in the developing nations. Cattle farming in Mexico depend heavily on U.S. customers, displace more environmentally sustainable farming, and discourage competition due to its high maintenance cost.
-The Capitalists use the media to create a culture where wasteful spending promise social status. Their electronic products encourage rebuying with its lack of multifunction capacity, incompatibility to future devices, and quick expiration.
-The Western Christians create further isolation from reality by preaching a fantasy world that have no relevance, both in direct and metaphoric terms, to real life. They depict a fantasy worldview that do not explain real life problems and depict a conflicts that do not provide a solution to real life problems. That is why Western Christians are losing followers.
-The 1960s, which are said to be the good times in U.S., are marked by job security and community value. The period is also where government have high involvement in economy. The rise of global Capitalism is associated with increasing job insecurity and community deterioration in U.S. after 1960s when the government is losing power to transnational corporation.

Oh! I certainly wasn't expecting such a lengthy, intellect response! I'm pretty impressed!

I get what you're saying. That the "standard" of living is pushed on the public so hard that it's difficult to become individuals in a capitalist culture. I don't think you're wrong at all, but if I were to live by excusing myself with the well laid out sentences stated above then I wouldn't live as myself, right? You're right, but for me, I'm not beat enough to give myself up to excessive meat, bullying, or the general "American" culture. In short, you're kind of on that conspiracy of government brainwashing, but to be honest, it's not far off from would "could" be happening due to those who have poor judgement and education.

Can you Capitalist stop trolling and stop enforcing your lies with you television logic? Can you Capitalists also stop judging other without considering their circumstance especially when the Communists are chosen by the invisible hand to fix any nations which gone bankrupted by Capitalism? The slave factory occur in Hong Kong where the Capitalist economy is not affected when Hong Kong is handed back to the Chinese government.
I should say another thing: How dare you insult the product of Capitalism! Communism is the greatest byproduct of Capitalism and an insult against Communism is an insult against Capitalism! The U.S.S.R. arise from the purest Capitalist society, win in the Capitalist competition by the Capitalist rule, make effective use of limited resource to be competitive with resource-rich U.S., create order in times of chaos, and create a breeding ground for moderate Democratic Second-generation Communists! To attack the Communist for their success, you must be a lazy person who want to get a free ride through life. Your ‘Communist blaming’ policy are contradicting your 'victim blaming’ policy; you always blame the corruption in U.S. government on Communist spies but you never change your useless culture of failure. You should stop overacting to the hard-working innovative Communism and be responsible for the Crony Capitalism that you are setting up in the developing nations.
