No - ReLife uses science to change the appearance and mindset of a person and Re:Zero involves magic and psychotic breaks to try and save a single person or favorable outcome oh and allot of blood

Not at all. They couldn't be any more different as ReLife is a slice of life, while Re:Zero is a fantasy. But they are similar in one way, and that is that the MC undergoes an extreme makeover and get a new lease on life, just in different ways.

Yeah they're both spin-offs of Re:Hamatora.

No, and neither is Rewrite. But watching them all in the same season can be confusing.

Since nothing about this title, post, or description suggests you intended this as a discussion based on a comparison of the two shows, but as an informational question about some way in which they would be actually "related" and since you've received answers indicating "No" (which seems accurate based on what I know of the two series).

In future please start threads that are requesting information in the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum.

If you are looking more for discussion based on opinions, then frame your opening post (and title, and description) in a way that makes it more clear it's a discussion starter. Titles that start "Do you think..." and an opening post that states your own thoughts about it is one way to get the ball rolling in that direction.
