It seems that at least my account (maybe others, can't be sure since I only have the one) is really broken. Let me try and explain.

First of all, I try to load a video, and I get ads. No problem I think, I may have not paid recently, so I go into it and it says I am premium. But still ads.

So I check the billing history and it has been awhile, so I try and reorder, it fails telling me that I am already premium. which is fine, except advertisements.

I just want no advertisements, and not wanting to dick about with support I decide to simply cancel my account and reorder.

So I cancel my account and my recurring payments, and try to reorder again, and... no it still tells me that I cannot order because I already have a premium account.

The "premium membership status" page says I have a premium account as well, but other site features act as if I don't have a premium account.

I am both simultaneously premium and not premium. Which of those it is seems entirely dependent on which would be most inconvenient at the time.

Also, my inbox is stuck at 3 messages despite it being empty.

Have you went to the support whatever crap like send them a message and tell them what's going on because I totally don't know what's going on why is doing that to you is totally weird

Clear your browsing history especially cookies

Not sure how to get to the support. Also cleared cookies/history and no change.

others seem to be experiencing the same problem.
contact support http://www.crunchyroll.com/contact and hopefully they'll be able to fix it.
