I just installed the crunchy roll app today. I already ran in to a problem. I was watching Madoka Magica episode one and after the title sequence, there was an ad. After that ad, was another ad. The ads kept playing over and over again. I could not watch the rest of the episode. I did not test any other shows yet, so maybe it is just a problem with the episode. Maybe it could be a problem on my end? Please help me out! I am using the crunchy roll app on an IPod gen 6.

The only way to watch without ads is to buy the premium version. The free version will always have ads.

EDIT: Just re-read it, and I guess you just keep getting adds? Maybe try refreshing it, or re-starting your ipod. It might just be a problem with buffering.

I know but they place over and over again and won't get to the actual show.

Unfortunately, neither of those options worked for me.

the issue is not the ad itself, but the ad preventing him/her from watching the actual show. instead of the ad ending and the show starting as you'd expect, the ad keep on going indefinitely. this is a known issue, but nothing was done after so many reports.
the "lol buy a premium hurr durr" response is unwarranted. CR offers a non-paying service for those who can't or don't wish to spend cash, with the condition that they watch ads, which the op did. Advertising "free streaming" while not actually letting people watch the shows is borderline false advertising. might as well switch completely pay-to-watch.

Er, wow. No need to get so defensive. I already apologized for reading it wrong and offered an alternate option to help.

Your response was what was 'unwarrented' tbh.
