Hello,

I keep getting an a [Sorry, an error has occurred] screen whenever I click on Payment method button in my Profile, or Payment setting button below in the Crunchyroll store section..

You aren't alone here, so I'm going to assume it's a site error. Unless someone says differently, I think waiting is all we can do till its fixed.

Please allow another 24 hours to pass until the automatic cancellation has fully processed. As soon as your premium status resets to free users, you should be able to use /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium to resubscribe.

My card got hacked. I added the new one to my account. If the first doesn't work, will they try the new one? I really really don't want to have to cancel subscription just to change payment methods. I really think that is not good business policy. It should not be this difficult.

Your subscription is fairly old and does not allow hot-swapping the card any more. You will have to let the subscription expire at the end of the current term, and then use /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium to resubscribe.
