Just signed up for the service when I try to signup for the 14 day trial I put my credit card info in and I get.
"Sorry, you can have only one free trial per payment method."

So I check under Membership History and it's blank.. so I deleted my card and added it back and got the same thing.

Also, why does it seem like there was a lot of effort put in to make it hard to find a way to directly contact support?

I noticed that also. I believe they use to have separate links for contact info, but I think they are all buried in to Help/FAQ section. Here are a couple of methods to contact Crunchyroll:

Web Form | http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact

Hope that helps. Cheers.

Sharing the link is much better than sharing the email address. If people mail us directly we get much less information about them and have to ask them more question, increasing the time we need to solve their issues. Also the direct email address being shared increases the amount of spam we receive.

Cool deal. Appreciate the info. I'll stop posting the email address. Cheers.

Okay, honestly not trying to sound like a jerk but why respond to this thread about the lack of ease to send a direct support request but not respond about the issue your customer/user who is trying to trial your service?

I believe one of my colleagues already helped you before I saw the thread, as you already had Premium membership at that point. That's why I didn't reply to your initial post.
