I just signed up today (aka 8. august 2016) but I can't watch one piece due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in my region. I want advice/support about this problem.

P.s. I don't live in the US

You only mentioned where you don't live, not where you do live.

One Piece is available in the following territories (per the original announcement):

USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America.

Not trying to sound mean or condescending, merely being practical...

My advice to you is to first make sure that mature content is set to be allowed here: /acct/?action=video so that you aren't missing anything else

Then next, check out the catalog list here: /videos/anime/alpha?group=all and see what else there is available to you that you might want to see. The list itself won't be different whether you are paying for premium or not; there are only a few titles that are premium only.

Although region restrictions are a big source of frustration for most users outside the US/Canada region, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future, trying to bypass them is against the TOS for using CR, so I would advise you not to...

Premium gets you access to commercial-free high res viewing and simulcast episodes as soon as they become available instead of on a week delay. It doesn't give you access to titles for which CR has not been able to acquire the streaming licenses in your location.

If you truly live close to the US or Canada, then if you visit, you will be able to see their catalog while you are there. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do legitimately.

Well, actually, that appears to be closer to Europe than to the US.

Too bad the Icelandic Defence Agency took over Keflavik, and then later turned it over to the Icelandic Coast Guard. If that was still a US base today, being connected to CR from within it would still have been considered to be within the US, similar to the US Military base in Okinawa.

But they do have these fancy new-fangled modes of transportation now, called ships and planes, if you were ever to visit the US/Canada and bring your PC or other streaming device along, your same membership would show you everything while you were visiting...
