So it's been a lifelong dream of mine of being able to create edible, affordable and delicious meals (not unlike the animes like Food Wars ). I recently started to try a subscription box called blue apron and alas it ended half well with the turkey being burnt to crisp.. But It was my first attempts at many and I'm sure I'll eventually get better and better at achieving culinary confidence and skill. So My question is how good are you at making and creating hand made food whether it be on your own or by a recipe?

Decent. I enjoy cooking. I generally make it up as I go along and throw in random ingredients to see what happens. It nearly always works, although it helps that I like all the food (apart from tofu and salt and vinegar crisps).

Same as him but I like tofu and salt and vinegar crisps~ I enjoy working with all kinds of food just to see what I can make out of it.

Iam not bad at it but i do sometimes over cook or burn things or serve it slightly under cooked, not danergous like with chicken or pork but steaks a bit too raw or veggies still a bit hard or etc.
I def sometimes burn things on the outside before they're cooked on the inside at times.
I do cook the perfect steak sometimes but its almost luck of the draw.

All that i have really learnt to make is spagetti(both with meat sauce or with cheese sauce), lasagna, chicken vegetable soup, omelettes, mashed potatoes.
I mean i make stuff like tacos and stir fries and meat with rice n stuff but always with the sauces pre made in a sache or a jar or somthing.
I regulary cook meat inside and outside on the BBQ but i dont make sauces or marinades. I just use salt n pepper and stuff.
I often just cook two minute noodles and add egg and//or mushrooms to it or add canned tuna to packet pasta or make pasta with my own cheese sauce and just add diced fried bacon.
I eat alot of toasted sandwhices or baked beans and eggs and that sort of thing.
I like to add lots of stuff to my omelettes and spagetti but really i just know how to make simple things like that.
When i make salads its just raw salad with no dressing.

Fair to say i eat my fair share of take away or go out and eat or go to my mums house or something or i just eat frozen food and tinned food and crap.

I'm pretty decent, I like to try new recipes all the time and don't normally make the same thing twice (unless it's a basic meal).

I make a mean sandwich lol

But I'm ok, not as good as my mom though. She taught me at an early age to cook since in Mexican culture the woman is expected to cook for the whole family so she started teaching me how to cook when I was around maybe 10-12

I've been cooking a long time. It's something that always seemed to come naturally to me. Sometimes I make stuff up as I go, for baking and more complicated dishes, I'll use a recipe. I do enjoy seeing everyone like what I make!
