Hello!

I would have "Contacted support directly" as advised, but when I click that lovely orange banner it takes me to an FAQ-site that not only doesn't address my issue, but also doesn't tell me how to contact support it seems. I kind of feel like I'm out of options thanks to that.

Now, I want to support you guys and watch shows without using Adblock.. But that's hard when I suddenly can't pay for premium membership.

My PSN account got hacked recently and someone drained my account. Obviously this resulted in me having to lock my old card and get a new one. My premium membership ran out and as I went to renew it, it wouldn't let me.

I've already tried deleting my old payment information and retyping the new information several times, but to no avail. I've waited days, even weeks, before trying again and still it did nothing. For whatever reason, it just won't accept my new card which is the same kind as the old one was.

Needless to say it's kind of frustrating to be getting lectures on the adverse effects of Adblock when the only reason I'm not supporting you is that you apparently won't let me.

Here's the link to the contact form. It is given in the Help FAQ, but it's not the very first piece of info there because they want you to see if your problem can be resolved using the info in the FAQ before you contact them: /contact

Your credit card will very likely not work on Crunchyroll, as the local payment handler Nets A/S is blocking our transactions.
You can however use your card to fund a PayPal or iTunes account and then use one of these to subscribe to our Premium services.

You can subscribe via the following link: /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

Is there a particular reason for this? It seems quite odd that they would block you given that your site is legitimate?

And my old card worked just fine, so unless this is a very recent development (As in, within the last month or so) then I don't get how that could be affecting it.

I'm not a huge fan of neither PayPal nor iTunes.

That is not something we can fix. The company handling credit card payments for the Danish banks blocks our transactions. Also, they are basically unreachable from outside Denmark (no English site, no contact form, etc.)

This is a quote from another thread on the same topic.

I don't want to stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but I contacted Nets because I thought this was weird, and apparently it's not Nets blocking you but the banks themselves blocking you on Visa cards? I couldn't get a clear answer as to what was going on, but apparently it's not Nets. At least, that's according to their customer service.

Some Danish customers have told us that their local banks told them that Nets is blocking the transactions. Nets is de-facto unreachable for us, and if its the Danish banks, it will be even more complicated to get in touch with them.
What's your bank and do they have a customer support email address/form that I can send an inquiry to in English?

My bank is Nordea and it appears to have a Nordea.Com site. Whether or not you can contact them through there I don't know. I don't know if their Danish site has any contact information other than a phone number for customer support. I can't find anything.

I hope this helps.
