Since apparently you’re a staff member and you’re living in the same time zone as I am, I’m asking this directly to you. Another reason why I’m asking this is because my ticket with CR support seems to be getting nowhere.

When a CR support member writes he/she or someone else should contact you shortly, what time frame can one expect? Is it hours, a day, two days, a week, a month or an eternity? Because honestly CR has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I could have written you a PM, but I believe the answer to my question could also be useful to other customers.
