Okay, I just got a new laptop and for some reason the webpage is just too large for it.. The maximize button for the video streaming is cut off and there's no way for me to scroll over to click on it.. I end up having to hit the window button and then I have issues with this too because it seems to freeze up my laptop.. Any suggestions??

Have a mouse? Try holding ctrl and scrolling down. If that doesn't work, go to settings>zoom> and adjust from there.

Also, I have not tested it, yet, but I found this interesting plug-in for Chrome here.

I don't have a computer, and was saving the link for when I can afford one, so let me know if it works out for you.

Use our Win 10 app (assuming that your new laptop came with it).

Have you tried a different web browser? Both Edge (included with Windows 10) and Chrome have Flash built in, so those are the two best bets.

If that results in the same issue, what is your screen resolution set to?
