Men have representatives of otaku on Youtube such as Demo or Filthy Frank, but who do the ladies have? I'm genuinely curious just because I want to get a different perspective on some shows and I think it'd be interesting to see what Fujoshi go for other than Free! or some shit.

I have some friends into that fujoshi stuff but I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually posting youtube links or anything about it. I feel like it's more underground or something, somehow. Or they tend to keep to themselves or keep in packs or something.

I can't speak to youtube channels with BL specific content, but if you are after fujoshi perspectives/preferences (for series I mean <_<) I can tell you the results of some of my... research

Fujoshi tend to go for series with 1) a high ratio of male to female characters making canon/semi-cannon/plausible but not cannon hetero ships less likely and 2) a team or group atmosphere that lends itself to close relationships (friendship and/or rivalry) between male characters. So you get a lot of fujoshi fans of sports series like Kuroko and Haikyuu and series with team-like groupings like K.

And then sort of in the same vein, you know how fighting is often taken as an indicator of closeness and liking? like when a third character comments how the fighting between MC 1 and MC 2 means they must be close. The same kind of looks like hate but is actually liking interpretation draws fujoshi to things like Durarara.

And of course, there's plenty of stuff with semi-cannon or cannon BL...

Now this is based on stuff I've observed in Tokyo and realms of the internet where herds of fujoshi congegrate- there are probably plenty of fujoshi who like other stuff for entirely different reasons. And of course there are plenty of female anime fans who aren't into BL or take off their fujoshi goggles for some series.

I think they are afraid of being harassed. Let's be honest. Youtube comment can be "eeehhh" sometimes. I've seen many comments like "women are only good at making sandwich" or "gay deserve to be burn at hell" get more than 200+ upvotes. It can be quite hostile toward fujoshi. I suggest you look at tumblr or other female dominated website if you want to see fujoshi.

Yes. That's why you see more BL doujinshi on sports anime where there's more male bonding. Action-battle-adventure like Jojo and Saint Seiya also loved by fujoshi.
