Ok I own a iPad pay for the service when reporting New Game episode seven had the error as in the pic!



This is the iOS error I was told to use a pc! Ouch do not have one or would have after getting such negative feed back I feeL CR IS IGNORING iOS users. Now I get this image when playing same content well sigh it's bad and unwatchable!

The episode works only in low definition now but that is a far cry from what it was! CR will the HD be uploaded at some point?

There have always been occasions where the device file encodes lag behind the browser versions for some episodes of some shows, not always the same ones.

The browser version only has one file per resolution (the raw one); the subs for all the languages are all soft-coded as separate files, so only 4 actual vid files have to be distributed for browser viewing.

They have to encode/embed the subs directly into each file for all the devices though. Since there are 4 resolutions and multiple languages (9 including English) for each of those resolutions, that takes time to complete and distribute 36 files for only one kind of device, then multiply 36 by each of the different formats that different devices require (mp4, avi, mov whatever else...) it doesn't happen all at once.

Since the lower resolutions make for smaller files, those will appear first, with the higher resolutions catching up somewhat later.

So if you watch on anything except the web browser, it isn't unusual for a delay of typically under an hour for everything to get populated. But sometimes on rare occasions it can take longer than that if the materials arrived too close to the deadline to complete all the prep work.
