Hello, I am the staff member in charge of our Anime Club at our library and I have been trying to get a hold of support for nearly three weeks now. I contacted support twice and sent follow up questions on both tickets, but for whatever reason I am not getting a response (besides one saying my ticket is being escalated). I filled out all required Outreach Feedback Forms and contacted support before the account was set to expire as was asked of me when I signed up this account originally.

I really appreciate the service you all provide, and am heavily counting on it in the weeks to come, but I have to get this cleared up before I can resume using your service. I know that this is technically the wrong place to ask for this kind of support, but I don't know where else to turn since the normal support tickets are not getting me anywhere.

Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated!

I had no idea CR offered Group accounts it's never been talked about any where I could find? Does CR offer group accounts?

At the bottom of the page under support, click on the Outreach link. From there, you can choose your group type and then follow the instructions from there.
