I've been trying to get help on a billing issue for over two weeks and Crunchyroll support has been very unhelpful. They said someone will contact me, but no one has. I reply to the support ticket and no one replies.


I am unable to resign up for a premium membership. Every time I try I get the following message, "Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member."


When I try to delete my current credit card it says, "This payment method cannot be removed because it is currently being used to pay for your Premium Membership." When I try to pay with PayPal it says the same thing.


Will someone please actually figure out what's going on with my account? So far this is the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm seriously trying to give you my money and nobody seems to care that I can't.

I am having a similar problem, where it says I have a premium plus membership for another 30 days, but I still get ads. I can't cancel or renew either. Sorry i don't have an answer though

This seems to be a very common problem. I hope they get this sorted out soon, apparently people have been having this problem for over a month. I just got stuck with it and I want to watch the new episode of Jojo tomorrow but I won't be able to if my premium membership isn't renewed.
