There's really discrimination for both, we're human beings and we're so sour that we (some of us) cause fuss for the sense of jollies or...who knows.

Being someone (out of probably most of us) who's been criticised on both sides of the fence? You're not gonna save yourself from peoples' little two cents they wish to pitch in, lol.

It sucks but eh, I guess that's how we can all build a backbone.

Yes I believe that one of the sources of society's ills is a lack of physical intimacy. Go kiss a boy/girl/non-binary whatever floats ya boat you know . Fall in love and relish the feeling.

Only by girls mostly. I mean i would honestly not see why if men mocks you that it should have any effect. Girls are more feminine and sorta mental so it goes to the guilt and humiliation aspect depending on what their insults are

I think there is discrimination for anything and everything. So I wouldn't be surprised if this exists as well.

I think there is discrimination towards these people but I actually have a lot of respect for them because most of them just want to wait for the right person

People frequently get on my back about being a virgin. "We need to get you laid." "How are you still a virgin in this day and age?" "You've never had sex? Good luck getting any if you tell anyone that haha."

It's easy to lie about and conceal. It's not something obvious like in that anime where people have cat ears and tails until they get first get laid.

I feel like with girls mostly this kind of happens. When a girl refuses sex she then gets considered a bitch or a prude, but on the opposite side if a girl has sex she would be considered a slut or easy.

there is certainly discrimination on both sides. When I was much younger, my male friends would always try to force me to flirt with girls (before I came out of the closet) and call me "der Waschlappen" roughly translating to Wussy, literally meaning dishrag. When I was still much younger after I started messing around I got teased and called much worse things. It goes both ways. I think the more mature you get the less it matters though. I know I don't really care, its not even my business if other people have or have not.

In middle and high school was when I experience and saw it, but that was it really. After high school ended no one really did any form of discrimination about it, or at least not from what I've seen.

I've been made fun of by a kid who wasn't even in first grade because I didn't have a girlfriend and they did.

I should have told them to shut up and eat their peas.

Depends on the circumstances. In high school, kids will make fun of you no matter what. You're a virgin? Loser, prude. You've had sex? Slut. Even if you are dating someone, they might make fun of you for who you're dating. There is really no winning in high school.

As you get older, I think people begin to care less. Or at least, they redirect their criticism. Men become lifelong bachelors, women become spinsters. It's less about whether or not you're a virgin, and more about whether or not you're married. Women get the "your biological clock is ticking!" line, if they haven't had children regardless of their relationship status. And when you're old, people find it gross to think that you might not be a virgin.
