Off course, we all have emotions inside waiting to explode and if the right trigger comes along at the right time...Boom! It's also a way to let out steam/stress.

I've seen my some friends go from 0-100 real quick, I'm not sure why they do. I ask them and they say it's like a tick that just happens, kinda scary imo

I understand this and I do get angry for what seems like no reason. Even if we do not realise there usually is a reason and I think it has a lot to do with frustration.

I can get angry at someone else or something else for a completely different thing and not realise why I am getting angry. You can also get angry just to get angry, it is caused by chemicals so sometimes it just happens, the original poster of this is 16 so while it might not be the reason puberty can have something to do with it.

If you really get angry and don't seem to have a reason and someone is around you should try and politely ask them to leave. If it seems to happen often inform the people around you that if you ask them to leave ask them to respect that.

yeah, it's something that happens unintentionally even though there is no legitimate reason to get agitated at all.
it's like a switch and something you have to realise and try to control.

it affects my relationship with my family and friends because i can be friendly for a moment and then the next i'll be completely cold give a sense of "don't even look at me", i show my anger in a silent way.

it started when i was a teen and happened on a daily basis. i've slowly learned compress this tick, it doesn't happen as often anymore, but i feel horrible as a person because i know i can be that way when they've done nothing wrong. a lot of people have told me i'm scary and i know it can be difficult to speak to me. there have been many days where i haven't said a single word to anyone because i'm consciously trying to avoid it from happening and for the sake of them having to deal with the way i am.

There is always a reason I am angry. It's not always a very good reason, but it's still a reason.

She came in and said hi and I mumbled a hello and she began asking what's wrong and I just got mad at her for asking questions, for some reason whenever I'm in a bad mood, asking questions make me really mad and Idk why

Hm.. Some days I don't feel like talking at all, so I come across as grumpy.. But generally no.

It happens to me all the time. Even the tone of someone's voice can sometimes set me off into a mood.

Ah, gotta love being bipolar.

Not unless you bother me while I'm working. I like to believe I have extremely good patience and can take a lot of shit before I get mad.

Doesn't mean I am a pushover though, I always reply on principle, some times even argue, but calm and happy as a puppy on the inside.
