So a winner of the finals in the Kalos league was declared on PKMN XYZ!!! a fierce battle between Ash Greninja and Charizard X was decided by a mere second collision. However, that timing and strength declared Alain the new Champion!!

Now remember, if Ash was to win this region's league, he would no longer be our protagonist. Knowing this, did you still want Ash to win?

It gets kinda of boring. It's the same thing over and over. Reason why I stop watching Pokemon the series.

You have a point. While it's nice to watch how epic it gets, it just repeats itself over and over again. *sigh*

I actually wanted Alain to win. He got a lot of development throughout the Mega Evolution Specials and the anime.

A watched clock doesn't tick and a watched Ash doesn't win the league.
As long as people keep watching the show Ash will never win.

Even if Ash won he would still be the MC...League winner=/=Pokemon Master. Anyway, I guessed he wouldn't win but I was still rooting for him anyway.

Yes and no. It does always follow the same formula of Ash starting from scratch, Pikachu getting injured/power drained, meeting new companions, losing the league, leaving companions, and then starting from scratch again. But each of the sagas has their own unique things that they do. Just matters how it's executed along with the usual formula. Diamond and Pearl was really good since it did that the best.

That was the only good one out of the two they actually bothered to show us though.

Also Pikachu vs Aegislash>Greninja vs Sceptile.

Ash is terrible, end of story.

Pokemon Origins was where it's at.
