Hello users,
I am having issues with both the website and the app for the last 3 days, the videos barely load and when they do they load at the low quality, my internet connection is fine YouTube is working without any problems, I contacted support and they told me it's a cashe problem but I am a new subscriber and even so how do I clear the cashe?!

For watching video you might be better off using the new Windows 10 app, rather than the browser:

Oh, yeah, sorry; you did mention that and I forgot. I don't actually use Windows 10, haven't had problems with the website, and almost always watch video via Roku. Maybe someone else with more experience will come by with some suggestions.

I use Win 10 but I use the Chrome browser with no problems. Usually streaming at 480p.
