Superclusters – regions of space that are densely packed with galaxies – are the biggest structures in the Universe. But scientists have struggled to define exactly where one supercluster ends and another begins. Now, a team based in Hawaii has come up with a new technique that maps the Universe according to the flow of galaxies across space. Redrawing the boundaries of the cosmic map, they redefine our home supercluster and name it Laniakea, which means ‘immeasurable heaven’ in Hawaiian.

I believe we are galaxies, stars, black holes, and anything else that has ever been named. Although in that regard, saying let there be light is the same as hey creation is happening and we're the controllers. Big difference being is we've gone through a history that already learned all this, did a bunch, then began re-interpreting texts into versions that help those that didn't figure it out not look so pathetic so they can pretend they are leaders.
Superclusters represents large groups of individuals that rise up, make whatever, do stuff, then wipe it out to do it again with perhaps a different leader as they evolve systems of possibilities dependent upon their foundations. Cyclical death and rebirth of individuals/systems that overcome their doubt to do some fun. Though, their origins are same as ours these individuals are further along in awareness then humanity because they don't consider themselves human (a word used to summarize the re-interpretations of those that failed to master previous knowledge).
This is indefinite as the current manifestation of the universe folds into the next and never ends. Anything I write won't make a difference to anyone unless they learn to perceive creation and destruction as something you feel instead of talk about or I became better at communicating it. Important point is that everything perceived still represents you.

So basically we are like a grain of salt that revolves around a giant ball of burning death.

Now that's just the simple explanation.

Evolution has left us to believe that earth has formed over billions of years bringing vegetation and life that has also rapidly changed, but who's to say that's actually true?

In human years that would seem like an eternity, which leaves us wondering how we as humans seem to be advancing exponentially in terms of technology and resources, because at one point in history, our form and bodies have reached the pinnacle of evolution. Everyone has 8 fingers, and two thumbs, 2 hands, two arms, 5 toes, two feet, two legs, torso, reproductive organs, neck, and head with an exceptional brain.

So in terms of evolution among the universe, we really have no other way to change, or evolve, since we have basically mastered our own domain, excluding our mortality to mother nature and disease. So we can never experience the truth of space since we are limited to our own descoveries within the universe itself

So in all reality there are thousands of different planets just like earth, why would we be the only ones to evolve from the simple impact of objects of multiple properties colliding at an insane speed creating an insane amount of heat which created the core and began to magnetize these pieces and form an atmosphere surronding what will now become earth as it begins to cool down slowly bringing with it the properties of water that would create our climate and submerge the even more properties and compounds that will later become land mass, and slowly as the earth begins to find equilibrium, evolution begins to thrive within all of this process, organisms, bacteria, cells, from this process species are formed over time, and sentience is achieved until we have reached our constant. Until time brought us to the now

Well that's the way I see it, it is only logical.

From what that model is showing I doubt there was just one "big bang"

Well, of course not. That wouldn't be much of a party, would it.
