The Dragon Dentist SPECIAL EP 1 ( 1 of 2 )

Best anime ( even if MOVIE ) of winter! IMO

That was great / it was interesting but the last 15 minutes were just such a mind bender . Not only that a lot of life decisions ! And the Dragons Dentist fate

This a nice job by the Brains behind Gainax who are now at ( Studio Khara )

It was alright, personally I thought it was pretty good but it wasn't mind-blowingly good or anything.

The Dragon Dentist EP 2 Conclusion

This turned out to be quite the anime experience.

Yes there are some key points missing such as what happened to the group of Dragon Dentists that perished!

How did Blanco survie all those bullets?

Was the writer on the plane related to Bell a couple of generations passed

Despite some naysayers people also miised the point about how Anti-War this turned out to be . Whether you think of this as war / life statements it's still very good Then whther it's fantasy or sci-fi or prbally an hybird it gets the job done!

In the present dragons are prohibited from warfare . A writer on a jet is doing a syory on dragons when the plane runs into a very strong typhoon. The writer sees a dragon then a brigt light and bad turbelence occurs . Things calm down and the writer ask the flight attentendant where's the typhhon and shes says the dragon ate it

Back to Nonoko / Bell they survive with the tooth after falling to earth

This got real interesting fast escaping Blanco then going after him on the Plane

BTW he cant get shot?

Shina going on a surreal journey to meet her love then turning into a vicious cavity bringing down the dragon to earth

The battle on the ground turns out to be a disater for both sides as the fragon crashes to earth destroying everything It was brtual as the cavity destroyed both sides.excpt those with good intent as the medics

Bell confrnts Blanco who shoots ar Bell but is killed by the cavity

The animation us out of this world!

Shina comes out of the root and is still a dentist but takes off

Nonoko looks for Bell who is gone!

Bittersweet ending. War is likely over (the fighting armies of both sides got wiped out by the cavity) and the dragon and dentists survive. Shina lives and flies off vowing to never give up but Bell is gone though narrating his and well aware of his death and returning to the dragons tooth so you never know. Either way life goes on.

Having just watched this, I must say that was quite an interesting take on fate as there are those who fight death, and those who accept it like the dentists do. Those cavities sure are a force to be reckoned with, especially the one that killed just about everybody there in the end. Nonoko sure is very dedicated to her job to a fault while Bell is a great assistant. Too bad Bell died in the end, but at the very least he exposed Blanco for all of his malice and everything. Anyway, the visuals are excellent as Khara does what they specialize in, while the story sure does leave an impact there going to show that death is going to happen to everybody.
