Why is my credit card being denied? Failed to check out. Please look over your credit card info and resubmit. i alredy cheaked it and evrything is right and i have enough money. BTW i use visa

I've encountered the same problem myself, and I've been usin' the same Visa card as membership payment for the past months.

If you are from Denmark, the transactions are probably being blocked on the bank level. You can try using PayPal instead for now.

Had the same issue, only it says I'm forever pending at checkout, which is absolutely infuriating. It's been like this for six hours now and my subscription ran out today and customer service for the most part has been unhelpful, telling me to just wait more. Not to mention you can't even buy subscriptions in the store anymore, since they're 'sold out" because they probably ran out of keys from everyone doing this because their payment services are probably down.

Absolutely unprofessional, most companies don't have this issue, I've never once had Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon stop taking my valid payment, then not process a new one.

EDIT: Honestly this is the kind of stuff that creates more pirates in the world, since I've been subscribed for months and now having this issue is just disgustingly annoying, since I want to pay, but now am locked out despite my card being fine, and my bank saying they never got a request, meaning its on Crunchyroll's end. SEVEN hours and I'm certain it'll keep failing to process for more than this.

Your's is a different issue altogether. The issue described earlier on is only affecting Danish users.

You should be able to subscribe via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

Your's is a different issue altogether. The issue described earlier on is only affecting Danish users.

You should be able to subscribe via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.


Ha, that's cute. Nope, can't use that link, still have pending checkouts. We are at over 14 hours now. This is what the first rep said, my ticket was just elevated because I can't use any method to resubscribe because my payment got caught in limbo and never processes. Still hasnt!

I'll make a new thread if the issue isn't resolved after being escalated.

I can delete your account so you can make another with the same address. The new account will not be affected by the checkout issue. Is that okay for you?

No don't delete my account, because I have outstanding pre-orders done on this account for merchandise, and if I did that and had to reorder the pre-orders I'd lose my free shipping, and any way to check them. I also don't know what that'd do with my lootanime subscription discount because its currently tied to this account, and I'd rather not have to wait for it to be reapplied. I'd rather not lose this account.

I'll wait for an escalated ticket response.

Just fix my issue and either cancel the eternally processing payment stuck in this shadow realm of pending checkout, and if you can't, I'll just wait for the elevated ticket.

You could buy a membership gift voucher from the store and apply it to your own account to go back to premium status. I can already tell that getting rid of the stuck checkout will not happen today, as it requires a higher level intervention that will not be instant.
