So I have been using my Chromebook to watch your videos in full screen, often with the autoplay function on. But recently the autoplay doesn't just not play the next video, it crashes completely. I try refreshing and all I get is a blank box where the video player should be. I try switching to another video, same end result. In the end, I have to log out and then log back in to restart the player.
I'll try troubleshooting this on my end (like clearing my cache) and will update as things progress. This honestly isn't a huge thing but I wanted you (the Crunchyroll Tech Support) to know now so that it doesn't have a chance to grow into something else.

UPDATE:
Try #2
Initially did not clear the cache but instead just turned off autoplay and watched it in fullscreen -> the watch next suggestion list did not pop up until I exited fullscreen mode

Try #3
The next time I did clear the cache and watched in fullscreen without autoplay -> The suggestion list experienced some lag before popping up in while still in fullscreen mode

Try #4
Used Autoplay function while in fullscreen mode -> Worked just fine
