So last year in December I made a free account and activated the free membership for a month. I made sure that no other payments would go through and my membership ended and I used the basic free membership for the next few months till I ran out of shows I wanted to watch and took a break. Recently I found out I have been charged for premium since my free account ended. I know I did not buy a premium nor did I have the benefits of one by the time I took a break from anime. Does anyone have an explaination? Cause now Crunchyroll won't let me cancel and I am pretty annoied.

Your public profile says you are a "Normal" member, i.e. not premium, so you should not be getting charged.

If you are getting billed, you need to contact support here /contact (select billing in the problem drop down) to get it straightened out, as they will need information such your credit card data, which obviously you should not post in a public forum, which is primarily used for peer-to-peer assistance, not customer support, although, sometimes a staff member does occasionally look through these, but you shouldn't count on that.

You should be able to visit these links to verify that you have been getting charged, and include that in your support ticket:
/acct/membership
/acct?action=membership_history

The contact link I gave above can also be found on the the history page link above.

After you submit the form, check your spam email folder to make sure a response didn't land there in error. CR emails do seem to trip some kind of spam filter trigger more than they should.

I got them to cancel it this morning, but as far as I could tell I'm been normal since Jan. but have been billed since then. I didn't realize as I didn't have any of the perks, such as I couldn't watch the latest episode. I was looking through the bills and it said I had a reoccurring cost from Crunchyroll when I realized I was being charged, before that I hadn't even been on this site due to school and conventions.
