E-cigarettes

So, I just ordered one of these things, eGo whatever One CT, and I've got to buy the whatever thingies with nicotine from Sweden. My sister has in attempts to stop smoking used them irregularly because she gets sick of them. Her mother switched from tobacco six months ago entirely.

I decided to switch to this e-cigarette thing mostly due to economical reasons. Where I live, a pack of 20 Marlboro cost $13.20, and I more or less smoke a pack a day. But also because I, to extent, dig graves for a living, and it doesn't take long before I'm exhausted and have chest pains. I was told when I was 20, due to how they had to scrape my throat during operation, that if I continued to smoke, then by the time I was 30, I would almost guaranteed end up with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is more or less what I've got now. I can barely walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like I've been running... no, sprinting a marathon. It's not so much that I want to be healthy, really, but so I can enjoy work. Maybe I'm selling myself short with the line of work I've chosen, but I like it, and I can't fully enjoy it when I feel like a train wreck.

I've gone cold turkey before, when I was thinking of going back to the military, and needed to get in shape. So, it's not like I can't quit at the drop of a hat, but unlike back then, I now have my computer, and the thing about sitting in front of a computer, is that whenever I'm done coding, or done doing a quest in some kind of computer game, the first thing I usually do is reach for my cigarettes and coffee. The reason why, I've come to discover, is basically the psychological addiction, that I need to reward myself for having completed something, anything, however minor or trivial it might be. It's like "I did the dishes! Uhh, now, a cigarette is in order." "I did math! Uhh, now I've really deserved a cigarette."

I'm going to try and only smoke this thing when I'm in front of my computer and see how it will work out.

Does anyone else use these e-cigarettes (as a substitute)? How's it working for you?

Ps. Does anyone know of somewhere I can maybe buy THC (legal in your country but not in mine), that can be used to this e-cigarette, if it's even possible, and whether or not it's possible to get it through the toll here? Not talking huge crates here, just one tiny vial that I can enjoy maybe once or twice every six months when I'm off work.

You realize that that won't solve a dam thing.

Like having a friend stop smoking cigarettes, only to switch to tiny cigars, what did you quit? You just literally did nothing but smoke something different, and you pay more for less.

I tried an E cig once, it is literally worse than smoking a cigarette, it fucking burns, how can people smoke that?

Plus you have to buy the actual E cig, and if you want a decent one you will look over 75$ plus the refills, which I have no idea how much they cost.

Whatever, I have no idea how people can smoke cigarettes or E cigs.

Not that E-cigarettes would help you in any possible way?
then maybe use less money on it? (if thats the only thing you want)

Also take a cig less each week or something that could help (having a plan to use X number less now or then until it gets quite low)
Maybe just so you know how low you can go.

To actually answer your question; I HIGHLY recommend the NJOY Daily Blue+Blackberry. They cost $6 USD a day, and they last as long if not a bit longer than a pack of smokes. They are more effective than anything else I've ever tried, because the nicotine juice inside of them is engineered to react to your natural lactic acids and provides a godly throat hit. I used to vape extremely high MG juices every day, but the first time I tried a NJOY Daily I was on my ass. Cheaper, and in my opinion a much better experience. DON'T buy the NJOY KINGS, they may be cheaper, but they literally last a minute or two and taste like ass.

On the burn, when you first smoke with an e-cig, there is a natural allergic reaction everyone has to it. The reason people go back to it is because they are determined to quit smoking. After a few days, you no longer feel the burn and the actual vapor inhale feels extremely smooth.

I've tried the E-cig once when my friend was smoking his and the first time I gave a hit, I kinda started choking lol didn't like it much but I don't consider myself an addict yet so I think I'm good. Not really planning on quitting anytime soon, but I also feel the same as you sometimes about seeing the cigarette as a reward for doing something like chores etc. That price is really expensive for Marlboro; here in Texas they cost like almost 6 dollars a pack. But I smoke lighter and menthol ones like Cammel Crush or Pall Mall.
