I hate it that you can't exit out of summaries of episodes, so when you try to click the next episode or the arrow(s), you can't.

Are you talking about being charged only once a year for membership, or for monthly? Either way though, they actually have this already. If you use PayPal or a credit/debit card, they'll automatically charge you when it's time for your membership to be renewed. I use PayPal that's connected to my debit card for a three month at a time subscription and it's automatically taken out.

It really bugs me that CR stocks the Persona 4 Golden anime, and now P5... but not the original.

That's about the only real complaint I have with the site, but damn if it isn't heartbreaking.

The most frustrating thing is how they stealth remove series. They say they have no control over when they have to remove a series, but come on, we all know they do. Their contract must have a begin and end date and they just don't want us to know that end date. That is my most frustrating thing I see going on for this site. Heck, even if for some reason they don't have an end date just stealth removing a show is UNACCEPTABLE, make an announcement at the VERY LEAST even if it is saying they had to remove it now. I would be frustrated, but less so than to find out that a show I have been keeping on-hold to watch and then finally want to watch it and poof it is gone.

Oh dear, paying for things you want in life is so unfair!

But in all seriousness, this is how industries work. They don't just magically live off of the money tree.

When publishers want them to remove it, that's when they remove it. I don't think it's always a beginning and an end date. Look at Funimation for example. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was removed and people were surprised.

As for getting notified about it, I wouldn't have any idea about that either. I'd imagine they would notify their consumers about something like that, but hey, you got me. I usually never pay attention to that sort of stuff.

The majority of the time they do not notify us of any removals. Very few times do they give a heads-up but that is very rare. I don't know about you, but that is just plain unacceptable to me. They don't do anything about it because they know they control a large share of the anime being released each season and people will continue to pay regardless of what they do.

Yeah, that's lame then. They should send out automatic emails or something, it's not that hard I don't think.

finally i found a post i can comment on the thing i don't like
1. crunchyroll it still uses flash hoping one day they will move to HTML5

currently it's hard for me to use crunchyroll because my videos stop a lot. if jitter and packet loss can affect flash then that would be the reason, i can watch videos some days but often i can't watch them as well when i try to click to skip ahead sometimes my video just stops working and freezes
i got lucky to get a 48 hour membership pass but that more likely going to expire before i can watch again

If you use Chrome you can use this to get HTML5

I don't know what would cause it to be a problem with one browser but not another besides flash things. I can't fix that but I can offer an alternative in the form of a chrome extension I made that can be found here. It replaces the default flash player with an HTML5 one that plays the HLS streams that are served to the apps.

Let me know if it helps.
