Post Reply Most Embarrassing High School Moment?

HS for me feels like such a blur, I don't remember much from it. I guess I got rejected once by a guy but I didn't really care that much

I have minor embarassing moments all the time but nothing too bad that I can remember so far.

Not sure if same thing but I always blushed uncontrollably.

Back then I played drums in band. During one competition I dropped one of my drumsticks and I didn't have any spares so I just sat there. It sucked...

I was had a ton of embarrassing middle school moments but almost no High School ones, I can only remember that I ended up breaking my hand and it was pretty embarrassing showing up to school in a cast.

Basically it happened because I used to take karate classes, and I was supposed to break a brick in half for something, which I've broken bricks before, but they ended up giving my the infamous immortal brick that cannot be broken, I didn't notice it though.

Basically when you break bricks, it's sort of an all or nothing situation. Either your hand breaks, or the brick does. Guess which one broke?

Isn't that kind of badass though? You got to tell people you do karate, regularly break bricks in half, and broke your hand during the manly exercise of brick breaking.

I wasn't really the braggy type person though, at the time I preferred to blend in and stay unnoticed instead of stand out and have everyone know my name, so having a broken arm really made me stand out.

Also, you can imagine the jokes you can make about a guy breaking his right hand.

I think I suppressed them all too well

Probably when I asked out my best friend. I met her during my freshmen year of high school and over the years we got really close. It was kinda obvious that we both had feelings for each other, so I finally decided to "man up" and ask her out. Well I ended up asking her out and she said yes....and well after that I said "thank you," and she started laughing which in turn made me feel silly and blush a little. I mean come on! I was so embarrassed for thanking a girl for going out with me. She said it was cute, but I thought it cringe worthy haha.

was changing out of gym clothes while in a hurry and forgot to put my panties on, was wearing a skirt and didn't realize until I sat down on some books that I had put on a seat at lunch to save it. knew it felt cool for a while and when I sat down something wasn't right. no one noticed but I did.. took my plate outside along with a friend while I went to the bathroom.

I like your story the most. Although i guess it would have been much much more embarrassing if others had noticed.

I didn't really have any really bad ones as far as infront or large groups or anything. I just had lots of small ones i guess.
Probably the worst was when i said something really rude(as in sexually rude) to a girl in my class. We were good friends as far as class mates and it was unlike me seeing as i was quiet and shy but i asked her a rude question.
It got a bigger reaction than i had anticipated. She wasn't offended but she was loudly vocal and surprised. Basically i embarrassed myself as others heard it and i could feel that my face had gone really really red.
Self inflicted lol..

Appart from that it was just moments where i chickened out when girls were intrested in me and wanted to kiss me and stuff cos i was pathetically shy around girls in school despite some popularity....

Or getting busted from the teacher throwing paper balls at people or something like that.

Oh there was one time where a teacher that was a real prick got me to read some stuff out infront of the class and there was a word that i had trouble pronouncing and that word kept coming up...

I remember once we were playing soft ball in PE class and i threw the ball towards out player standing at first base but she was a girl so i should have thrown it softly but i threw it really flat and hard and high at her so she missed it and it cost a run(s).

Oh one other time when i was 13(most of these stories i was between 13 and 15, in Australia there is primary school and high school, middle schoor or junior high dose not exist here) i was poking or ah tickling a girl in class and i accidently grabed her breast. She was quite surprised and my mate found it very very funny.
I got really embarrassed..

Well, at least I can safely say I've never grabbed a girl's breast in public at school. Though I did once get really serious in dodgeball and hit my female friend in the face with the ball.

I am serious and cautious. I think the only situation in which I felt uncomfortable. Was presenting a speech at my school but I felt comfortable and it was excellent.

Crying during my senior farewell speech, and I couldn't seem to stop after I was done. It wasn't even sad, I just got emotional talking about my best friends lol.

Now when I see people from my senior english class I just think about how they saw me cry, and I want to hide every time.
