It's a toss up between the English dub of Ghost Stories and Highschool of the Dead.
Ghost Stories is just a bad anime that the English dub made hilarious, while Highschool of the Dead is... well, Highschool of the Dead. It has impossible boob physics.

Kämpfer, it's such a terrible anime but I've seen it like two times and I'm thinking of re-watching it again soon. I have no idea why exactly I like it but I find it strangely entertaining.

I'm a fan of overly campy/trainwreck-type anime. If the show is supposed to be bad, I'm not sure if it counts for this category.

For me, the king of trainwreck anime has to be Valvrave the Liberator. I loved it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

hmm for me ot Final Fantasy Unlimited. Yup it cliched repetitive and has very little to do Final fantasy.

I know it terrible but once and I pull it out just to watch it cause it own way I think it pretty fun.

Rosario + Vampire and Seikirei. I don't like a lot of fan service and they have no many flaws, but I love both of these anime.

Demon King Daimao, though I usually hate this type of anime(harem) I actually enjoyed this one, but would be ashamed to mention it to friends.

Blassreiter and Blood-C (the former I don't even think is that bad), Mirai Nikki, and various 80's/90's OVAs like Hades Project Zeorymer and Detonator Orgun. I'll defend the latest Eva Rebuild, too, which some people take to be bad. I like my trainwrecks!

Vividred Operation

Moe Techno Magical Girls FTW. Cool transformations and attacks. Nostalgic.
It's stupid and basic, but it's pretty fun. The girls are really cute and endearing. The music was good, too.
I like Symphogear for many of the same reasons. There's also a lot of loli fan service. If you're into that...

Ghost Stories (dubbed of course), Guilty Crown, phantasy star online the anime, K-on, and i guess basically any of the shojo anime that I've taken the time to watch. Keep in mind I'm 30 years old...

A third vote for Gonna Be The Twin-Tail.

It's one dimensional, stupid, has a terrible "cartoon within an anime" episode that makes no sense and connects to nothing in the "plot", but I mainlined every episode one after the other in a single day and then went straight to Amazon to see if it was available on DVD.

Then I considered getting therapy.

Momo Kyun Sword, Senran Kagura, Manyuu Hikenchou, Samurai Girls/Bride, Maken Ki etc.

Basically all those silly "may as well just be a bunch of OVAs" style ecchis that couldn't take themselves seriously even if they tried which they luckily don't. Nothing tilts me more in an ecchi than it trying to be overly serious so when I get one like those above that really couldn't care less I love it. Tits are for fun!

Shame they are in serious decline in favour of generic school battle harems that try to have a "serious plot" :/

I don't have guilty pleasures really...

but I enjoy Valvrave 100% seriously. (... okay, like, 80% seriously. The other 20% I enjoy like an overblown opera. Like the part in episode 7 where they're all pointing guns at each other. They need to be singing Verdi in that scene. L-elf is the tenor, A-drei is the baritone, Haruto is the soprano. https://youtu.be/9wUHVg7_39g?t=2m15s <- like this.

Also look at them wow. Perfect.

Especially this megane perfection. He tries to push up his glasses through a visor. I love glasses boys too much to not have this series on my top ten, even though he probably has like 30 seconds of screentime per episode on average.

Also every character is lovable and I love them all.

Edit: disclaimer - I don't even ship Coffee. That's like my third favorite L-elf pairing (after A-drei and Shoko). But I like the phenomenon of Coffee-Ships. If you don't know what that is, so, in episode 8, Haruto tells L-elf that he's like bitter coffee that needs sugar, and offers to be L-elf's sugar, and the shippers went wild with it, so then with similar pairings in other shows, they called them coffee-ships. There's a bunch of them. If you ever see the term coffee-ship used, and wonder where it's from... it's from Valvrave.

I only watch Kampfer every once in a while because Shizuku is awesome, basically a totally awesome character in a bad show, and for me that's enough.
