Good thing it didn't spread for others (even though I can't be sure)
Also by what and where was it? (a wound or something?)
But quite good they found something for yours.
+ hospitals can be a hive mine of such, as it is easy to spread it around and attacking defenceless or sick people at the same time.

And my Mom complains to me that I wash my hands for too long when I wash them because I take a couple of minutes to wash them throughly.... I know that it isn't as big of a deal at home to wash your hands quite as throughly, but it's a habit I picked up working in food service and retail. Working in those industries and sharing a public bathroom with the general public makes you realize just how disgusting people really are, so you had better wash your hands very well or you might end up really sick. Luckily the worst I ever got from working in those environments were colds, and the flu one time, which were probably more due to breathing in the same air as someone who was sick rather than not washing my hands. But yeah, if you don't want to get really sick, especially if you work with the general public or around other people who are sick, like in a hospital or nursing home, wash your hands throughly.

Ah, good ol' methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus. We gotta stop this over use of antibiotics, it's ridic.

Remember kids, ALWAYS FINISH YOUR ANTIOBIOTICS EVEN IF YOU ARE FEELING BETTER.

And for the love of god please, please, please NEVER save antibiotics and give them to others when they are sick!! Unless you like contributing to superbugs and particularly enjoy the idea of potentially causing life-threatening allergic reactions to you friends.

As climate change heats up the Earth we are prone to new pestilence threats that, due to human greed, we are not going to be able to keep up with.

^ Besides man made evils, which is besides the point. The world will do its job and end us, there's massive evidence of civilizations being wiped off before.
