I need to eat more salads.
What are some good salads you enjoy?

Greek salads, loaded with feta cheese. Pasta salads, and I do enjoy a Waldorf too.

Second the waldorf, also be sure to mix up sweet and savory. Add fruit with a bit of marinated grilled or sautéed meat.

I like all sorts of salads though I prefer to make my own simple dressing or eat them without any dressing at all.

For lunch every day, I take a salad of lettuce, green and red bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and diced grilled chicken, with some northern Italian dressing...it's pretty good

Grab a taco salad. You get well seasoned taco beef, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, olives, peppers, refried beans, onions, cheese, more meat, taco sauce, all piled high in a corn tortilla bowl and if there is any room left, a little lettuce. And is it good for you? Of course it is silly. Its a salad.

Do you enjoy tossing the occasional salad?

Fruit salad. I don't like "regular salads" all that much, though that may be because I was forced to eat them practically every day for a while. I'm also a lazy piece of crap and I hate cooking in general, and making salads is annoying. Then again I am pretty young and I may change my opinion when I am older and will probably have to eat healthier

Depends, do you want a healthy salad? In that case, no ranch, mayo, Caesar, cheese, croutons and the such.

Only vinaigrettes or virgin olive oils for a sauce. No lettuce. Lettuce has little to no nutrition in it (especially Iceberg). Spinach should take its place.

I find it funny in America people eat a salad, then top it off with cheese and a creamy sauce. It makes it a high fat, 1000 calorie salad. Makes me cry a little.

I love salad!! Especially hearty salads, with avocados, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichokes, almonds, feta cheese, broccoli florets, julian sliced cucumbers and carrots, and maybe even some smoked-cured salmon and a poached egg. Doused in some nice house-made specialty vinaigrette and I can eat a giant bowl of it.

Just don't give me a bunch of leaves with no seasoning and call it a salad. 10/10 I will curse your bland-ass taste in food.
