Exactly, people only see Pitts as fighting dogs that just want to attack and kill whatever they come across. If you dont let the dog know you're in charge and take good care of it why would it listen and be the pet that youd want? Also yeah, no matter what breed the dog is dont leave it alone with a child, its still just an animal and anything could kick in at any time.

On another note, you're lucky as hell ive always wanted a husky or even a wolf but im pretty sure no house in the city would allow wolves and theres never been enough space for two bigger dogs. Pitt & Husky.

Yeah people have just been brainwashed by the media to believe they're killers. A couple of decades ago the German Sheppard was ostracised by the media like the Pit Bull. For new owners I'd stay away from Pit Bull's, they are rewarding but challenging dogs.

Yeah they're really beautiful dogs. Yeah a lot of cities don't allow them I think, it depends on the area.

It is indeed a Pomeranian and it is indeed beautiful, which is why I'm purposely not deleting my own quotes post so that there can be another picture of it on the page.

I like small fluffy dogs quite a lot. Nothing is sweeter than when a puffy ball of fur is sleeping on your lap.

I beg to differ. When either of my two Pomeranians sleep on my lap and its hot as hell its the most uncomfortable experience ever.. but id feel bad if i kick them off, so i sit through it.

Mutt. When you hear purebred that means inbred. It's very unhealthy.

I like German Shepherds, as should be obvious given that I have one:

Corgis are adorable even though I'm not big on small dogs. Newfies are a really nice breed, but they have such short lifespans I could never bring myself to adopt one.

Regarding pit bulls: they can be nice dogs (I know several), but require a more experienced hand than, say, a lab. I'm not biased against the breed, but they do appear to be somewhat at risk of developing unexpected psychological problems.

This is obviously anecdotal, but my dog and I were attacked during a walk, without any warning, by a pitbull that was a family pet and had never shown signs of aggression prior to the attack. I felt bad for the family (they had little kids) and didn't press charges since they voluntarily paid for my dog's medical bills. As a result though, it's hard for me to argue that the breed's reputation isn't at least somewhat deserved.

Miniature Australian Shepards! I actually like all dogs except Pitbulls. After almost being attacked twice, and having one of my dogs killed by one while he was boarded at the vet, I feel nothing but disdain towards them.
