I have a few questions maybe idk. I do have at least one is what I'm getting at. So say you are so used to starving yourself like not intentionally it just came to where you couldn't afford food at the time but you have food back now and some money how do I get my appetite back on track without going to a doctor? Cuz I can't afford one. If I call a doc they'll basically force me to come get checked out to make sure I'm not trying to kill myself -____- which I'm not. I've tried eating little by little even eating a snack a day maybe but it hurts too much or I just get sick and throw it back up literally am at a dead end now v_v just any suggestions please to help me get my appetite back on track?

either you could "dead" the flavors as well (boil longer, eat something with little to no flavor etc)
Maybe see what you are able to take if not pills that contains what you need (like just powder form food)
Also what do you mean by it hurts and where?
Throwing up can be because you are not used to it.
some of it you could try to swallow while holding your nose (less smell/flavor might trick the brain).

Also you can't eat fruit, meat or anything at all?

even powder stuff or pills would not do?
Also the pain is when you eat it? when you swallow it? or after time?
if its after time there could be something in your stomach, problems you might not be able to really fix by yourself.
Need to take a bit look into what you mean and there is most likely some medical lines on the internet you can ask.

Have you tried small amounts of liquid foods, like soup?

If you can't even hold a small amount of water you probably should see a doctor, or at least a reputable online medical advice site.

I am wildly unqualified for this. If your profile age is accurate are you still in education? Any decent educational establishment should have people who can at least suggest something useful to you. Some sort of Student Support department?

hmm... one thing seems like you are not used to it, another could be a thing in your system.
so they don't do tests?... -__- as it do sounds a bit serious... unless its something to get used to.

Right. Maybe word it as a medical issue, rather than a psychological issue? You get stomach pain when eating certain things. No reference to starvation, only mention physical feelings of pain or discomfort in the stomach, abdominal and intestinal area.

The whole "Medical Care for Profit" makes it so much harder. In a European country you'd just go to the doctor or A&E so I really can't help any more I'm afraid.

You could also start by drinking one of those ensures. I know a few people with stomach issues and the like that say that they will fill the stomach without upsetting it.

Also small meals such as white rice or small amounts of soup can help. I have had to eat yogurt in the past for my issues I've had- that may also help you.

its nice for the body and stomach unless she has a infection or something that have gone wrong in there (but if the pain comes at the first bite it shouldn't be the case, more or less)

Also then again about fluids, symptoms you have had before etc?
Like how was you before this, and for how long have you done this?

This is a tricky one, I used to have a similar issue when I was younger. I would just forget to eat for days because it just didn't hurt (plus I was hardcore addicted to video games lol...). I know money is an issue but what about junk food, can you eat it? When I had no desire to eat back then I think Oreo's and ice cream were all that could trick me back into wanting to. Plus the milk in the ice cream will cancel out a lot of acidity in your stomach so it might not hurt nearly as much. I hope I was off some sort of help

Start with simple foods. Bananas, chicken broth, saltine crackers, yogurt, pudding, jello. Small amounts and work your way up. If basic foods like that are causing you pain and vomiting, you really need to see a medical professional, you may have more going on than just a lack of food for awhile. It may be something as simple as an ulcer, but you won't know for sure without a medical professional.

I really can't afford it plus if it is something bad then they'll need to do more then more money. I already owe thousands on medical bills alone I can't do this I'm not even a legal adult and have an insane amount of money owed.
