So Firefox 50 has finally gotten enough support for Webextensions to where I can use the same extension on both platforms so I have uploaded it to the addon site found here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/crunchyroll-hls-player/. It is still in review and probably will be for a while since it didn't pass the first time and it took quite a long time to work its way to the top of the review queue, but once it does it should work as a download.

It looks like the extension is gone from Mozilla Addons, any reason why? I remember seeing it on there a couple weeks ago, but now it's a 404.

Guess I forgot to reply to this. It failed in the review process for a couple of reasons and I was too lazy to do what they wanted me to do to approve it. I have just attempted it again with what they requested. I'll actually stick with it this time and get it fully published.

Yeah, firefox thinks it's corrupt for me and won't install. Hopefully you get this working.

This is the only reason I can't use Firefox as my main browser, can't use CR hopefully this will be implemented someday. Anyone knows if the premium+ html5 player works fine on firefox? Still unsure if it's worth it though, because I don't live anywhere close where the conventions are being held though

The Premium+ HTML5 player has been removed again, only shows a "HTML5 Coming soom" button at the moment.
Have you tried installing the Chrome extension via something like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/chrome-store-foxified/ ?
