Do you have trouble swallowing pills? I do. no matter how hard I try I've never been able to take a pill NO matter how tiny it is and swallow it whole. Think of the smallest pill on the market, then half that, I can't swallow that. My Father says its a fear thing but I don't really experience fear when I try to gulp one down, it just doesn't go down the hole.

Do any of you CR users have similar problems?

I just drink until everything clears up.

Not at all. I don't even need water unless it's a giant gel one of something.

I also don't even need to chew mac n cheese or any other kind of small noodle. It doesn't bother me. Of course I do still chew, though.

It must definitely be a fear thing, and I'm not scared at all.

I try to do that but the water goes past and through while the pill is rejected and I gag.

I think my body does it out of reflex, I wish I could just take pills like that.

It is a reflex, sure. I just keep drinking. Eventually, the pill either gets swallowed or it dissolves. That's particularly appealing, I'm sure.

Nope. At one point I was taking 8 pills in the morning and 6 at night. Would just pop them in all at once take a small sip of water and that was it.

If you can swallow food larger than the pill than it's probably not the pill's fault.

I use to take this vitamin pills a while back they would give you energy but it wasn't so much like a capsul put a huge fucking pills I could never swallow that thing whole made me gag evertytime I tried. I always need water for any pill mostly or I have a weird phobia that it's stuck in my throat mainly becaue it feels weird swallow it whole without water.

Idk tbh... Just take the liquid version of it. I've always preferred pills.. So you have like a fear of swallowing them?

Practice with M&M's or something. Maybe get a small glass of water drop the pill in and chug it.

I used to, but now I just quickly drink it with water and don't think about it.

Also, If a pill gets stuck in your throat, eat a small piece of bread to get it down.
