"Cure" for a hangover.
Posted 9/15/16
Pretty self explanatory. If you drink, what was the best method for coping with your hangover?

So I don't drink all that often, but last night I decided to haha. I'm now paying the consequences and this is my first hangover in a long while. So if you could answer the above question, I'd appreciate it :P

So far I've just been rehydrating, but I'm sure there's more I could do.

IV is by the far the best method I've use to cure a hangover in the past. That's if you can get your hands on one.

I drink but have never been hungover seems impossible no matter how much I drink but everyone I know says either really greasy food or scrambled eggs because both absorb the alchohol. Hangovers are why Waffle Houses exist.

This is gonna sound lame but... even more...

Water

It's specifically the vital resource that is lacking in your body that causes hangovers, just as much so gatorade or another drink of the sort since it will hydrate you. Also, you can avoid hangovers for every large amount of alcohol have a glass of water or two, you'll be able to drink like a madman and never get hungover again.

Just drink two glasses of water before you go to sleep and you won't wake up with one

My mom usually makes me this Korean soup called Haejangguk ( 해장국 ), literally means soup to chase a hangover.

For every serving of alcohol, have a glass of water. Failing that, IHOP. Nothing brightens a pounding headache like pancakes.

One time I was hangover and didn't want to change my gym schedule so I went to the gym anyway and it made me feel a lot better. I try to avoid alcohol as much as possible so I haven't tried it more than once though, it may not work every time.

But the best cure is to not be drunk in the first place.
