First off I have premium and my queue only has 5 items.
Second I have already removed all data and reinstalled multiple times.
Third my Internet connection is perfect and plenty fast.
Fourth I have a 5 terabyte hard drive and the app is the only thing directly installed on the console.

Now explain to me why videos randomly freeze when watching and occasionally lock up. I am paying to watch videos, not to get angry about bad quality of service.

The last mile isn't the only part of your Internet connection that impacts playback performance, which relies on a good end-to-end connection to CR's CDN servers. Have you tried changing your DNS settings to see if that improves playback performance?

I feel you pain I spent 250 $ on a top of the line router not to mention it's costing me me 480 $ more a yera for higher speed internet just for one site only Crunvhyrool . I do the Ping test and the speed is always good So it now costs me 70.00 a month for a year to recoup the cost of watching CR Yea an upgrade is good but I did it to watch CR

It is frustrating ! I had problems all summer with tech saying chasnge my DNS and worked great for a weej but from SAT thru SUN didmatter what time it would freezee every 3-4 minutes.

I could watch Funimation no problem So without doing anything so far on monday I watched a couple of shows no stops . SO it has to be on CR's end or with the Funimation shows the servers cant handle it again.
