Post Reply Cancelling my membership doesn't work?

So I wanted to disable my membership because I didn't want to get billed again, but when I try to cancell reccuring payments, it tells me that I can't do this at the moment. When I try to cancel membership, it redirects me to my premium membership status page, with no change. I get a message about cancelling it, but my profile settings say otherwise. Can someone help? Should I wait 24 hours after the payment to cancel it?
