I like the beach, I wanna actually move closer to the beach, I just dislike so many people, I'm terrible in large crowds.

The street i live on gets really crowded because that spot on the pacific coast highway and the 5 is just super...shit traffic lol and also "my" beach is popular with local surfers

Hey everyone, lets walk around half naked at the mini desert and put sand in our pants while we collect cancer.

I have a love/hate relationship! I'm only 30 minutes away and I love the view, and the wind. But you get all sticky, and covered in sand.

No! Both the water and the sun are my mortal enemies. I'm like a vampire without all the cool side effects.

The two times I've nearly died in my life both involved the ocean and beaches. I don't like swimming in ANY body of water. I don't like sharks, jellyfish, other people's urine and really don't want to swim around in a giant soup of god knows what. I do not like the heat either and over the years due to certain medications I've developed an intolerance towards sunlight and heat. Sunlight just makes me really sick if I stand out in it for too long: more than a couple of minutes. It seems like once you've had a heat issue then your body hardly ever goes back to how it used to be and you just become more susceptible. It just gets worse.

Absolutely not. Too hot too much sun and too many people. When it's raining and there's no one around then it's kinda okay.

I love them, especially nude beaches. I went to a nude beach this summer, the water wasn't too cold, it was great.

I hear mostly only old people go to those?
The one I went to isn't secluded from the regular part of the beach it's just an area designated as clothing-op. So while yes most of the nude people there were middle aged or older (but young at heart ), the overall crowd was no different than what you'd find at any beach. There were clothed people there, young adults, seniors and children. I skinny dipped right next to a group of boys and girls (clothed) that looked to be about college aged. I'm a bit older than that myself

Hmm that would be kinda weird. You'd think it would be all nude and that would be weird having children present.

I love the beach! There are so many activities to do. There's swimming of course, but I also enjoy sand building (castles, skyscrapers, figures, animals, etc.), beach volleyball and dining by the beach. Sometimes I would just relax and read a book on a hammock; enjoying the cool breeze and gentle sounds of the sea.

When I was younger, my family vacationed in Asia. In one of our trips, some locals took us to an uninhabited island. The beach there was incredibly pristine and beautiful. After swimming, we caught some fish. We grilled it right on the beach. I can still recall how delicious and fresh those fish were. For drinks, we just opened some coconuts from the coconut trees.

It's a really laid back beach but people patrol it to make sure nothing inappropriate is going on. Clothed people (non-nudists) like to mingle with the nudists because it's so clean and respectable. If there are children there it means their parents and the children themselves don't mind the nudity. The clothing optional area is the cleanest, safest and most casual area along the whole riverside. That was my first time at an actual clothing optional beach and I felt really comfortable there wearing only my sunglasses and a smile.
