Even if I'm very angry at someone it's not particularly hard to get me to soften up if they start crying, and if they were to utter "Help me" on top of that I tend to forget my anger and try to fix things instinctively. So I guess that's a kind of warming of my heart's cockles.

"I can't believe you did this" - 1st place
"You're a monster" is a close second.
"I trusted you!" would annoy me, and "...help me..." would make me anxious. So definitely no warmth from those.
