I also have a confession....
Posted 9/17/16
I can't stop drinking Apple Snapple.

Why are they so freakin' good and refreshing?!
I know it's not good for my health, but I just keep drinking it.
Plus they have those really cool facts and stuff underneath the bottle cap which is something I always look forward to reading before drinking it.

I think this is getting out of hand.
I'm really regretting not taking home more Apple Snapples from work.
Perhaps I need an intervention.
HELP!

Never tried an Apple Snapple... actually, I've never had any kind of Snapple ( because they aren't available in Canada )

I did try Pocari Sweat though.. seemed like a refreshing drink from what was shown in Yowamushi Pedal but I'd have to say water is better..

See that's what they want you to think, but then you try it and it's all over...

It's called that because you drink it like a sports drink when you're sweating... I guess? Either way I like it. It's kind of like Gatorade or Powerade but lime-ish flavour. I think there's a cultural divide on this sort of thing though, like how some places prefer to have pictures of what is inside the can/jar/container on their label whereas other places will have a picture related to its purpose. So it's weird for some people that there are pictures of babies on baby food jars because it does not contain babies, but sweet potatoes and stuff. Pocari Sweat is the same deal, it sounds gross until you really think about it.

That aside though, what exactly is an apple snapple? It's fruit juice, but what fruits specifically? How is it different from apple juice? Is it carbonated? I don't think we have Apple Snapple here, but I wouldn't have noticed if we did because I haven't drank juice in a long time.

I get that.. It's from Japan, I believe, that's why it has one of those weird English names. It's just a bit weird because I guess I wonder if I'm drinking sweat. Hahahaha...

And it's really supposed to be apple juice, but it doesn't taste like regular apple juice. I can't explain it. It's weird. I just know that I got hooked on it when I drank it. I just think it's so good. >_<

What's in the ingredients list? It might help you figure out exactly what you like about it.

Ah, pear juice. I thought so. Apple juice is normally very acidic so mixing in pear juice helps to mellow it down (I think it also might be a cost saving measure, but I can't say for sure). Most juices are mixed with pear juice unless they explicitly state otherwise. You probably like their particular balance between the two.
