HELP! My video can't seem to load.. And I've tried refreshing it, and even using a different browser but it keeps showing up black instead of loading the video. I am providing a screenshot below so that you guys can see what I see on my screen. If anyone had this problem, please let me know how to fix it so that I can continue watching anime from here!

its not just chrome though, i've also tried it on Safari but i got the same black screen..
so I'm guessing its a web problem?
and yeah you're right! it does work on the app however, i'd rather watch it on my computer :T
I can't really enjoy watching on a small screen lol

I'm having the same issue on IE 11 and Firefox v48.0.2. I've done just about everything suggested on the video help guide (here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help/?topic=video) but no luck. This has been happening for over an hour, and the only thing I haven't done is restart the PC or try a different one. In a few hours time I will be using a different PC, so I'll update then.

I'm trying to watch Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World, and I've been able to get up through episode 19 without issue, but now none of the videos play except for the sample clip for episode 24 (I'm not a premium member). Some other shows seem to work just fine, like D. Grayman Hollow, but I haven't checked many others.

PS. The ads play just fine...

So I went back to safari, updated the flash player, restarted my mac but nothing seems to be working ... argh so frustrating!!!

UPDATE: I reported the video playback problem to crunchyroll and was able to get a response from them about an hour ago.
I'm not sure what they did to fix the problem but they asked me to try the videos again and IT END UP WORKING!
So since all of us were having the same problem, I'm hoping that you guy's one should be fixed too.

I think it's functional but not always available. I've seen at least one person mention they'd used it successfully.

It is only in operation during certain hours of the day. Even if no representative is currently available, it can still be used to leave us off-line messages. But in that case, don't forget to fill in the email address or mention it in the chat, else we can't get back to the customer.
