For everyone's sake, you guys really ought to do something about the audio level on the ads.

Obviously for your viewers sake. I'd like to be able to just let it run, rather than having to fiddle with the remote every time ads play because the audio is so goddamn loud the neighbors (apartment) would literally complain about the noise if I didn't hit the "mute" button" as quick as I do.

For your own sake, because it would improve the viewing experience and might marginally improve stats.

And also, for your advertisers sake, particularly those few who don't over-amp their ads. Obviously, I'm not going to hear the ads if they're muted, and I'm not going to un-mute for the few advertisers that are doing the right thing. Your advertisers would get better results if the volume were more consistent with the shows.

Maybe you could implement some kind of button to "report bad ad" with "too loud" as one of the default reasons to report.

You can report specific ads using the form.

You missed the "/" in the closing tag.

This one will work:

It appears "Video Playback" would be the best choice for "Problem" (aside from "Other").
