Running, video games, music or anime does the trick, anything to forget the problem at hand. If it's really bad well that's why God gave us liquor

Whoops got questions mixed up

I drink A LOT of coffee and since coffee is an appetite suppressant that's not good for me.

When me and my ex broke up, I didn't eat for days but I did drink a lot of coffee and in the span of 2-3 weeks I lost 15 pounds by drinking copious amount of coffee and barely eating anything

Lately, I suppose I try to conceptualize what 'sorrow' is, and if it is something that can be objectively felt in a meaningful way.
