This is my ferret.

It likes to play with it's ball.

His name was Vincent, and this picture was taken on a Halloween night after scoring candy. I think I was like twelve.

Baby crow that I found and later released that day when I realized how stupid I was, for it was a fledgling.

We have 2 Siamese cats (litter mates, transition faces, male & female, 13 yrs old) and Lab-mix female adopted from the pound, guesstimated 9 yrs old now.

This ornery shit is Tia, weighs 9 lbs, runt in her litter of 5 kittens, the smarter 1 of our 2 Siamese:

This lovable old character is her brother Boo aka Lard-oh Butt-oh aka Phat Boo, weighs 24.5 lbs, 2nd heaviest cat our vet treats:

The dog is ours but I prefer that my wife claim her as just hers. I don't dislike or hate dogs but I've always preferred cats. I have tried, lo these last 4 years, to give this dog enough of an identity crisis (I always identify her as "the neighbor's dog" instead of her given name) so she'll run away and get adopted by someone in the neighborhood. She never leaves (damn her), always hangs around, eats her food, shares water with the cats. I have suggested to anyone who comes to the front door whether they would like another animal but the wife always intervenes and suggests that all comers ignore my pronouncements re the dog. She's a well behaved dog, just doesn't listen worth a damn when I kinda suggest she'd be better off somewhere else.

Every time she's let out in the yard I always wish her well, have a nice life, see you 5 years from now. Shit, conspiracy between wife and dog. Neither listen re her relocation. All I can do now is suggest when she crosses the rainbow bridge that she come back next time as a cat.
